Fraud Warning
HSG and its affiliates, including HongShan and HSG Advisors, have become aware of fraudulent activity by third parties falsely claiming to be associated with us. In particular, a website operating at https://www.hsgholdings.com/index/index/desc.html# is not affiliated with HSG, HongShan, or HSG Advisors in any way. That site appears to be impersonating our business and, among other things, has misused information including references to our Japan-related credentials. We have reported this conduct to relevant authorities and service providers.
We urge investors, partners, and the general public to exercise heightened vigilance. Fraudsters often create look alike websites, social media accounts, and profiles on messaging platforms to solicit money or personal information, misuse our brand names and logos, and present fabricated documents.
Do not engage with or respond to unsolicited investment solicitations, pitches, requests for payment or “fees,” or requests for sensitive personal information. HSG and its affiliates do not offer retail investment products to the general public and will not promote or market specific investment opportunities (including public equities or cryptocurrency) to the general public. HSG and its affiliates will never solicit investments or payments of any kind through social media platforms or messaging apps or ask you to transfer funds to personal accounts, cryptocurrency wallets, or unknown third party platforms.
