Partnering With PeierTech: Precision Behind Medical Innovation

For more than two decades, PeierTech has supplied medical device manufacturers with nitinol (nickel-titanium alloy) materials, precision components, and assembly services for a wide range of medical applications. Founded in 2002 and headquartered in Jiangyin, Jiangsu Province, the company supports the development and production of medical devices for cardiovascular, neurovascular, peripheral vascular, gastrointestinal, urological, dental, orthopedic, sports medicine, and other medical applications.

We’re pleased to announce that HSG has completed its acquisition of an approximately 80% stake in PeierTech. The company’s existing management team retains the remaining equity and will continue to oversee day-to-day operations.

PeierTech’s integrated manufacturing capabilities span materials production, laser processing, heat treatment, surface finishing, braiding, grinding, stamping, riveting, coating, and precision assembly. The company works closely with customers throughout product development, validation, and commercial-scale manufacturing. The stringent requirements for material performance, manufacturing precision, and consistent quality create significant barriers to entry in this field.
